Popular politician mourns Governor Yahaya Bello’s mom
A popular politician from Omala local government area in Kogi state, Hon. Matthew Ochada (HMO) has commiserated with the governor of the state, Alh. Yahaya Bello over the demise of his beloved mother, Hajia Hawa Oziohu Bello.
Hon Ochada described the transition of the Matriarch as “a great loss, given to her invaluable life spent worthy of emulation, which has boldly reflected in the life of His Excellency.”
He said: “Undoubtedly, her exit has created an irreplaceable vacuum in the family and in the lives of those she impacted. Nonetheless, our collective sense of fulfilment lies in the comfort of Mama’s hard work, high moral standards, discipline as well as consistent prayers for her children. Mama left an indelible mark. While appreciating God’s benevolence of grace of age on Mama, my prayers are with His Excellency and the entire family during this period of grief and personal loss of their beloved mother“.
Hon. Ochada also prayed that God forgives the deceased her shortcomings and grants her eternal rest in the blossom of the Almighty.
The 101-year-old Matriarch died on Sunday, March 15 2020, after a brief illness.
Before her death, Hajia Hawa Oziohu Bello from Okene local government area of Kogi state has been a backbone to her son Yahaya Bello, she played a valuable role in his life from a tender age till he attains to the position of a governor of the state.
