#EndSARS: Governor attacked by thugs

A gang of thugs attacked the Convoy of Osun State Governor, Gboyega Oyetola on Saturday.

OnyxNews Nigeria gathered that the hoodlums attacked him while speaking to #EndSARS Protesters.

Confusion began shortly after the Governor tried to address the angry protesters in Osogbo when several hoodlums suddenly started vandalising vehicles Oyetola’s convoy are in causing his aides to speedily rush him for safety.

The Senior Special Assistant to the governor on Media, Mabel Aderonke, confirmed the attack as he shared photos of the vandalised vehicles.

“There was a scary attempt on Governor Adegboyega Oyetola’s life by armed thugs on Saturday in Osogbo,” @MabelAderonkeN tweeted.
