Joe Biden has picked all women communications team.

OnyxNews Nigeria reports that United States President-elect Joe Biden will have an all-female senior communications team at his White House.

Biden says, for the first time, the key communications roles at the White House will be entirely female. Four of the seven appointees are women of color, the US President -elect announced yesterday.

Biden named former Obama State Department spokeswoman Jen Psaki as his White House press secretary, while campaign spokeswoman Kate Bedingfield has been listes as communications director.

Senior advisor to the Biden-Harris campaign Symone Sanders will be Vice President-elect Kamala Harris’ chief spokeswoman.

Joe Biden’s former press secretary as vice president, Elizabeth Alexander, will be Harris’ communications director.

The women picked by Joe Biden were key campaign staff and advisors.

President-elect Biden’s transition team said the “diverse, experienced and talented women” picked for the role show the incoming president’s “commitment to building an administration that looks like America and is ready to deliver results for working families on day one.”
