Frank Mba has been decorated with his new rank by Inspector General of Police.

Onyxnews Nigeria reports that the Inspector General of Police, Abubakar Adamu Mohammed in his office on Friday decorated Force Spokesman, Frank Mba with the rank of Police Commissioner.

Frank Mba graduated from the University of Lagos where he studied Law.

He also has a Masters Degree in Law from the University of Dundee, Scotland- United Kingdom.

Mba is also a graduate of the prestigious FBI National Academy, Quantico- USA. He holds a Certificate in National and International Security from the Harvard University, United States of America.

He is a product of the Nigeria Police Academy, Kano where he had his initial police trainings.
