Nigerian Police Officer Shares Bags Of Rice To Motorists (Video)
A Nigerian police officer has dazzles motorists, passengers and all road users when he shared bags of rice to celebrate the festive season.
In a video making rounds on the social media, the officer was seen talking to a cyclists and his passengers about the festive season.
When he finished, he went to his car to bring out bags of rice for each of them.
