BREAKING: Appeal Court Declares A Section Of Electoral Act As Unconstitutional
The appeal court has declared section 84(12) of the Electoral Act, 2022 as unconstitutional.
A three-member panel of judges held on Wednesday that the provision violates the rights of section of people.
