BREAKING: Tinubu Appoints HimSelf Minister of Petroleum As Full Ministerial Porfolios Emerge
President Tinubu has appointed self Minister of Petroleum.
Nigeria’s President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has released the list of portfolios for his ministerial appointees.
The Presidency released Tinubu Ministerial Portfolios on Wednesday, August 16, 2023.
Tinubu Ministerial Portfolios released by the Presidency on Wednesday revealed that the President appointed himself as the Minister of Petroleum just like former President, Muhammadu Buhari did during his 8 years tenure.
The ministry has been broken into two, with 2 ministers of state, all from the South-South. Yusuf Tuggar is the foreign minister, Dele Alake Solid Minerals, Mohammed Idris Information Minister, Festus Keyamo will be in charge of aviation and aerospace development, while Nyesom Wike will be in charge of the FCT Ministry. The Ministry of Environment is being reserved for Kaduna state, northern Nigeria.
