Inter Milan Hopes on Cristian Chivu as New Manager

Inter Milan has appointed Cristian Chivu as their new head coach, following Simone Inzaghi’s departure after a trophy-less season that culminated in a 5-0 defeat in the Champions League final. Chivu, a former Inter player, arrives with a mandate to revitalize the team.
“I thank the club, staff, players, and fans for having believed in me and our project,” said Chivu, expressing his appreciation for his time at Parma. Parma also thanked Chivu for his efforts in steering the club away from the relegation zone.
Chivu’s immediate focus will be on the Club World Cup, where Inter Milan will face Monterrey. The club’s management is confident that Chivu’s fresh perspective will bring success.
