Popular Nigerian actress Regina Daniels has raised serious allegations of domestic violence in her marriage to Senator Ned Nwoko.

According to the mother of two, the level of violence in her husband’s home has become unbearable.

In a viral video, Regina could be seen in a tense confrontation, crying out as she claimed that Nwoko had sent thugs to assault her.

The footage also showed her sitting on the ground while water was poured over her head in an attempt to calm her down.

She said: “Ned sent thugs, in Ned Nwoko’s house I’m nothing but in my house I’m a queen. What again, I can’t stand the violence it’s too much.”

Regina Daniels, who married Nwoko when she was still a teenager, tied the knot with the billionaire politician who was 60 years old at the time—a 40-year age gap that has made their union one of the most controversial and widely discussed marriages in Nigeria and beyond.
