Breaking: WHO launches coronavirus new official name

The World Health Organisation on Tuesday said the deadly Coronavirus new official name will be “Covid-19”.
Coronavirus now named “Covid-19” was first identified in China on December 31.
“We now have a name for the disease and it’s Covid-19,” WHO chief Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus told reporters in Geneva.
The WHO chief broke down and analysed the new name of the deadly disease, saying that, “co” stands for “corona”, “vi” for “virus” and “d” for “disease”.
