Reason Bayelsa House of Assembly speaker stepped down

Bayelsa Assembly Speaker, Monday Bubou-Obolo, has resigned his position.
The Bayelsa State House of Assembly members appointed Abraham Ngobere as the new Speaker.
Ngobere, who was the Deputy speaker took over from Monday Bubou-Obolo, who resigned on Wednesday, 19 February.
The development happened after the inauguration of Governor Douye Diri and his deputy, Lawrence Ewhrudjakpo.
