Onyxnews Nigeria reports that President, Muhammadu Buhari, has praised the efforts of the Presidential Task Force on tackling the deadly COVID-19 during a meeting with the task force.
The task force was led by the Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Boss Mustapha.
“The Presidential Task Force on Control of COVID-19 briefed me today. I remain very grateful for the hard work that they are putting into this national assignment. I have no doubt that with all these efforts, Nigeria will triumph over this pandemic,” Buhari said in a tweet.
The president on Friday in a State House met with some of the members of the task force over the national response on COVID-19, especially controlling the citizens to make sure they don’t disobey the lockdown order given to Lagos, Ogun and Abuja.
