BREAKING: Nigeria records 204 new cases of coronavirus as total number rises, see affected states
The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) on Thursday night recorded new cases of coronavirus (COVID-19).
Onyxnews Nigeria reports that the agency said 204 new confirmed cases and seven death were recorded today.
The total number of confirmed COVID-19 cases have increased to 1932.
Three hundred and nineteen (319) people have been discharged after recovery and 58 deaths have been recorded in 35 states and the Federal Capital Territory.
The new cases were confirmed in Lagos (45), Kano (80), Gombe (9), Bauchi (9), Kaduna (2), Ogun (4), Delta (2) Ondo (1), Oyo (2) Nasarawa (1), FCT (4), Akwa Ibom (4), Sokoto (7), Edo (6), Kebbi (1), Borno (7), Rivers (6), Bayelsa (3).
These developments were made known by the NCDC via micro-blogging site, Twitter.
