See Nigerian Navy personnel who single handedly gun down five armed robbers in Calabar

Nigerian Navy Personnel, Mohammed Mubarak single handedly gunned down five armed bandits in Calabar, state capital of Cross River.
The Ordinary Seaman Mubarak displayed gallantry during an encounter with some armed robbers who attacked a popular fuel station known as “Uddy King Filling Station” in Calabar. And that had recently gained him awards and recognition.
Onyxnews Nigeria gathered that the gallant soldier defended himself and people around during shooting exchange with the bandits. His boldness and shooting skill even in the adverse situation led to the killing of the five (5) armed men and seizing of their weapons.
Mubarak recently received a Gold Medal award from one of the Navy establishments, Eastern Naval Command in Calabar for displaying such bravery and agility in bringing down the criminals.
The Flag Officer Commanding Eastern Naval Command, Rear Admiral DA Adeniran, while presenting an award to the rating, he pointed out that the award is for any personnel that distinguish themselves for bravery and gallantry.
