A report by Triple star ent, who broke the news on social media network, Facebook, said the Popular veteran Nollywood, Augustine Akwelu is popularly known as Double Spanner two days ago after a brief illness.

The entertainment news channel wrote on Facebook,: “Actor Augustine Akwelu is dead. Nollywood losses another committed actor. Don’t be heartless to type RIP. Go well (DOUBLE SPANNER), We will miss you.”
