BREAKING: National Assembly Flooded Again After Heavy Rainful (Photos)
The National Assembly was flooded again following a heavy rainfall on Monday, July 12.
The leak came from the dome at the complex, which houses a main lobby that leads to the chambers of the senate and the house of representatives.
While lawmakers were absent as there is no plenary today.

Onyxnewsng gathered that this is the second time in three weeks the National Assembly will be this flooded.
