BREAKING: Peter Obi Visits Ex-President, Jonathan In Bayelsa

The Labour Party (LP) presidential candidate, Peter Obi, on Friday, December 23rd met with former President Goodluck Ebere Jonathan at his residence in Yenagoa, Bayelsa State.

Peter Obi and Jonathan held the closed doors meeting amid the LP candidate’s presidential campaign ahead of the 2023 elections.

The former President noted that Nigeria is extremely divided, and then advised Obi to reunite the country if he emerge victorious in the upcoming election.

Jonathan also commended the presidential candidate for taking the bold step of contesting outside the two major parties.

Obi was accompanied by his running mate, Yusuf Baba-Ahmed, and party loyalists.
