BREAKING: Election Tribunal Dismisses Case Against Tinubu’s Victory
The election tribunal sitting in Abuja has dismissed the petition filed by Action Alliance against the victory of the All Progressives Congress (APC) and Tinubu in the last presidential election.
The Action Alliance also withdrew its petition against the President-Elect, Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
The panel ruled that “in the absence of any objection from the respondents, the application is hereby granted. Consequently, the petition is hereby dismissed”.
Furthermore, the presidential election petitions tribunal has postponed the Atiku Abubakar and Allied Peoples Movement petitions hearing to Tuesday.
