Just In: FG Drags NLC, TUC To Court Over Strike Action
The Federal Government has filed a suit against the Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC) and the Trade Union Congress (TUC) before the National Industrial Court (NIC) in Abuja.
In the contempt proceedings filed by the government against the unions, it prayed the court to punish duo for allegedly defying an order restraining the unions from going on strike
Recall that the NLC and TUC had commenced a protest across the nation over the economic hardship which resulted from the fuel subsidy removal by the Bola led government.
