BREAKING: APC National Chairman Emerges, See List

Former Kano Governor, Abdullahi Ganduje, and spokesperson of the 9th Senate, Ajibola Basiru, were on Thursday elected as the National Chairman and Secretary of the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC respectively at the National Executive Committee, NEC meeting of the party attended by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

The election of Ganduje and Sen. Basiru followed resignation of Abdullahi Adamu and Senator Iyiola Omisore as the National Chairman and Secretary of APC some weeks ago.

Abubakar Kyari, the APC deputy national chairman (North), and Festus Fuanter has been acting as the chairman and secretary of the party respectively since the resignation.

The 12th NEC meeting of APC is being held at the Congress Hall of Transcorp Hilton in Abuja is the first since April 2022, and also, the first President Bola Tinubu will be attending as president since he assumed office on 29, May.
