LASTMA Official Allegedly Drags, Naked Soldier In Lagos (Video)
A video showing a yet to be known LASTMA dragging a personnel of the Nigerian Army was seen online on Monday.
The video which was shared on microblogging site, Twitter, captured an official of the Lagos State Traffic Management Authority dragging a soldier on camouflage uniform in Lagos. Other soldiers and LASTMA officials were also seen around the scene.
The reason for the dragging is still sketching, as at the time of filing this report.
