BREAKING: 500L UNIBEN Student Confirmed Dead And Some Injured

Students at University of Benin, UNIBEN are gripped with fear following the death of a 500-level student from a random gun shot in the institution.
Following the death, Two other students were also shot woefully injured in the attack which happened on Friday evening, Oct. 27, in the institution.
According to reports by X (former Twitter) users, alleged that the clash began at Ekiadolor days back before culminating in the shootings in UNIBEN.
Some say the shooting was related to cult activity, and the invaders were cult members.
According to a video circulating on social media, it shows a red car with bullet holes.
Some students who are tensed showed at the scene and stared in shock.
Students who were injured during the clash have taken to X, to share photos of their injuries.
SP Chidi Nwabuzor, the image maker of the Edo State Police Comma, while reacting to the situation, said he was yet to be briefed about the incident.
Nwabuzor said, “For now, I am yet to be briefed of such incident. When I get the brief, I will be able to give proper information about that, but for now, no information”.
