‘It’s like I chose wrong profession’ – Singer Davido
Renowned Nigerian Afrobeats musician, David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido, recently shared some uncertainties he’s been having about his career path.
The musician took to his official X page to discuss his reservations.
Davido expressed some regret regarding his chosen career and mentioned that footballers seem to lead a more extravagant lifestyle.
He wrote; “Footballers Dey enjoy oo. Be like I chose the wrong profession. Bruhhhhhhh.”
His realization came after noticing the immense wealth of renowned football players such as Mbappe, Messi, and Ronaldo.
It has been reported that Atletico Madrid’s star striker, Memphis Depay, showed his appreciation to Davido by presenting him with a lavish Rolex wristwatch during the musician’s performance at his 30th birthday celebration.
