BREAKING: Veteran British Actor, Bernard Hill Of ‘Titanic’ Is Dead
Renowned British actor Bernard Hill, beloved for his iconic roles in “Titanic” and “Lord of the Rings,” has passed away at the age of 79.
His agent, Lou Coulson, confirmed the news, revealing that Hill died peacefully on Sunday morning surrounded by his loved ones, including his fiancée Alison and son Gabriel.
Hill’s illustrious career spanned decades, with his breakthrough role in the 1982 BBC TV drama “Boys from the Blackstuff” paving the way for his memorable performances as Captain Edward Smith in “Titanic” and King Théoden in the “Lord of the Rings” trilogy.
