Wayne Rooney, a former England and Manchester United great, has taken on a new challenge as the manager of Plymouth in the Championship.

This appointment marks his fourth managerial position, following previous roles at Derby, DC United, and a brief stint at Birmingham.

While his playing career was illustrious, Rooney’s coaching career has had its ups and downs, including a difficult spell at Birmingham that ended in dismissal after just 83 days.
