BREAKING: Former BBNaija Star Francisca Owumi Is Dead 

Francisca Owumi, a former contestant on the inaugural season of Big Brother Naija in 2006, has sadly passed away.

The reality TV star, who was the runner-up on the show, died on August 29, 2024, after a short illness.

Announcing her death on social media, her family wrote; “A daughter and sister. Make her soul rest in peace, Amen.”

Francisca was remembered for her energetic dancing skills and shared the house with fellow contestants, including winner Katung Aduwak, Gideon Okeke, Ebuka Obi Uchendu, and Maureen Osuji.

After her stint on the show, she briefly pursued a music career, releasing singles like “Diva” and “Gbadun You.” Her passing has left a void in the entertainment industry.
