“I Didn’t Want to Have Children with Her” – Kanye West Opens Up About Regrets with Kim Kardashian

American rapper Kanye West has ignited fresh controversy after revealing that he never intended to have children with his ex-wife, Kim Kardashian.
During a candid interview with DJ Akademiks on Rumble, West admitted to regretting his decision to start a family with the reality star, saying he blamed himself for the situation.
“I picked her, and it was absolutely my fault. I didn’t want to have children with her after the first two months of being with her—that wasn’t God’s plan,” he stated.
West also expressed frustration over his co-parenting arrangement with Kardashian. Although the couple finalized their divorce in 2022, they continue to share custody of their four children: North, Saint, Chicago, and Psalm.
The rapper questioned the fairness of their custody agreement, arguing, “I don’t got the name and likeness ownership, or at least 50-50 with my kids. So how’s it joint custody?”
He further criticized celebrities who, he claims, failed to support him in his custody battle. “If you’re not going to speak on my behalf in this situation with my children, or where I was when I asked her to help years ago, don’t talk about my political views,” he added.
Meanwhile, sources suggest Kardashian has been taking steps to shield their children from certain influences. Reports indicate she recently blocked a visit between North and West, citing concerns over his association with controversial figures such as Andrew Tate.
Additionally, Kardashian is reportedly unhappy about West featuring their daughter North on a song alongside jailed rapper Sean “Diddy” Combs, who is currently facing trial on sex crime charges. Insiders claim she is considering seeking sole custody of their children in response to the situation.
