Tinubu to Launch Multiple Development Initiatives in Kaduna

In a significant development for Kaduna State, President Bola Tinubu will arrive on Thursday to inaugurate a range of projects initiated by Governor Uba Sani’s administration. The visit celebrates the governor’s two-year anniversary in office.
Key projects to be commissioned include the 300-bed Specialist Hospital in Millennium City, a major boost to healthcare infrastructure. The President will also open the Institute of Vocational Training and Skills Development in Rigachikun, along with several road projects in Soba, Samaru Kataf, and the 24-kilometre Kafanchan Township Road.
Other infrastructure includes the Tudun Biri Road, the 22-kilometre road connecting Kauru and Kubau LGAs, and the Vocational and Skills Training Centre in Tudun Biri.
In an effort to modernize public transportation, 100 Compressed Natural Gas buses will be unveiled during the visit.
Governor Sani’s tenure, which began in 2023, has emphasized human capital development, rural infrastructure, and job creation. The state government views the President’s visit as a crucial platform to highlight ongoing transformation efforts.
The visit was rescheduled from Wednesday following President Tinubu’s engagement in Benue State, where he consoled victims of recent attacks and met with local stakeholders to seek peaceful resolutions.
