JUST IN: Thomas Partey’s Bail Conditions Confirmed
Former Arsenal midfielder Thomas Partey’s bail conditions have been confirmed following his appearance at Westminster Magistrates’ Court in London on Tuesday.
Under the conditions, Partey is prohibited from contacting any of the women involved in the case and must inform the police of any permanent changes to his address or any international travel plans.
Chief Magistrate Paul Goldspring also appeared to confirm that Partey is set to join Villarreal.
Goldspring: “I understand he’s no longer employed in this country and playing in Spain now.”
The 32-year-old faces five counts of rape and one count of sexual assault involving three different women.
The Ghanaian international, who left Arsenal at the end of June after his contract expired, was formally charged last week—just four days after departing the North London club.
