Npower volunteers fix date for massive protest against Buhari’s govt

Npower Volunteers has revealed a date for NPower Mega Protest in Abuja against leadership of Npower and President Muhammadu Buhari’s administration.
OnyxNews Nigeria reports that the transitioned NPower Beneficiaries of 2019 batch A and B have slated Wednesday 26th August 2020 for mega protest.
This online news platform gathered the information about NPower Mega Protest from a statement jointly signed by Joseph Maigari and five others on behalf of the National Coordinator, Comrade Pele.
According to the statement, NPower protesters are expected to be around on or before 9:45 am at the front of Federal Secretariat Abuja before matching to ASO VILLA where they are envisaged to meet President Muhammadu Buhari.
The statement also added that the ongoing payment for the month of June is for media show and a distraction to Npower volunteers who are about to be disengaged as many beneficiaries representing 60% to 70% are yet to receive the payment.
