Star-Studded Wedding: Iyabo Ojo’s Daughter Marries Tanzanian Singer in Lagos

April 17, 2025, marked a remarkable day as Priscilla Ojo, daughter of actress Iyabo Ojo, wed Tanzanian musician Juma Mkambala in a traditional ceremony at Five Palm, Oniru, Lagos.
The event, graced by celebrities and family, was a fusion of Nigerian and Tanzanian cultures. The couple wore matching blue and pink traditional outfits, while their bridal party complemented them in pink.
One emotional moment was Juma’s formal request for Priscilla’s hand, followed by Priscilla’s touching gift—a pillow with her late father-in-law’s photo. Priscilla also shared heartfelt dances with both parents, who reunited for the wedding.
Toyin Abraham played a key role in organizing the event, while Chioma Ikwoku and Enioluwa Adeoluwa supported the bride.
Juma described the day as a dream come true, and Priscilla reminisced about their first meeting in Rwanda. The couple later changed into green and wine-colored attire for the cake-cutting.
Governor Ademola Adeleke performed at the reception, and the celebration ended with a vibrant after-party. The Lagos wedding followed earlier ceremonies in Tanzania, including a civil and traditional wedding.
