Buhari makes new appointment

President Muhammadu Buhari has made new appointments in the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC).
Buhari has appointed the new Acting Managing Director of the NDDC, in the place of Professor Kemebradikumo Pondei.
Pondei will be taking over from Barr Joy Nunieh as Acting Managing Director of the commission after rearranging the Interim Management Committee (IMC) of the NDDC.
President Buhari also increased the number of committee members from three to five persons.
The new committee members are: Dr Cairo Ojougboh, Ag. Executive Director (Projects); Mr Ibanga Bassey Etang, Ag. Executive Director (Finance and Administration); Mrs Caroline Nagbo (Member); and Cecilia Bukola Akintomide, OON, a former Vice President with African Development Bank, (member).
