IPOB: Lies on Kemi Olunloyo’s Twitter verification exposed
In line with the rumored death of the leader of indigenous people of Biafra (IPOB), Nnamdi Kanu and his subsequent live video to debunk the rumors.
The social media has been besiege with the reason behind the removal of the verification mark on Kemi Olunloyo’s official Twitter page.
While some are of the opinion that it was a calculated stunt to get people’s attention and to trend, others felt is was a sponsored campaign of calumny against the fugitive leader who until recently has not been heard from or has not been as vocal as he used to be.
But to the most gullible, the controversial investigative journalist’s verification was removed because of the rumored death of Nnamdi Kanu.
After a backlash from IPOB group to Kemi Olunloyo.
She said: “I’m finally happy to CRUSH the online IPOB keyboard warriors. This nonentity Chinedu Paul has been arrested by police thru INSTAGRAM phone tracking. He sent his message thru the DM forgetting instagram is a phone app. He is currently cooling off in a Germany Jail awaiting trial till Covid19 ends. He was denied bail. Facebook legal department worked hard in 48 hrs. I want to slap him silly. Hope Kanu pays his bail,” Olunloyo referring to an IPOB member.
Kemi Olunloyo was formerly verified as @hnnafrica but when she rebranded to @kemiolunloyo, she had to lose verification and unfortunately, @verified had stopped receiving public applications for verifications.
