Nigeria has recorded new cases of raging coronavirus, COVID-19 pandemic.

Onyxnews Nigeria reports that the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) made this known that 681 new cases of ravaging COVID-19 has been detected in Nigeria, This made the total number of cases of the deadly disease 14,494 in the country.

NCDC recorded of the 681 COVID-19 cases confirmed on Thursday night, 345 were detected in Lagos, Rivers-51 Ogun-48 Gombe-47 Oyo-36 Imo-31 Delta-28 Kano-23 Bauchi-18 Edo-12 Katsina-12 Kaduna-9 Anambra-7 Jigawa-5 Kebbi-4 Ondo-4 Nasarawa-1.

NCDC tweeted: “681 new cases of #COVID19; Lagos-345 Rivers-51 Ogun-48 Gombe-47 Oyo-36 Imo-31 Delta-28 Kano-23 Bauchi-18 Edo-12 Katsina-12 Kaduna-9 Anambra-7 Jigawa-5 Kebbi-4 Ondo-4 Nasarawa-1 Total of: 14,554 cases of #COVID19Nigeria 4,494 discharged 387 deaths.”

With the new cases of six hundred and eighty one (681), death cases are three hundred and eighty seven (387) and discharged cases are four thousand, four hundred and ninty four (4494), so the total cases of the disease in Nigeria as of Thursday night, 11 June 2020 is fourteen thousand, five hundred fifty four (14,554).
