Presiding Judge, Justice Ladiean Akintola, on Wednesday approved an ex-parte motion restraining AGF Malami, and the DSS from harassing, intimidating, arresting, and blocking bank accounts belonging to Igboho.
The ex-parte motion was filed by Igboho’s lawyer, Chief Yomi Aliu (SAN). Speaking on the case, Aliyu disclosed that with the order, Igboho’s bank accounts can’t be frozen.
“The court has ordered that he must not be arrested, detained, or killed in the next 14 days. The account also said that his account should not be blocked,”.
