BREAKING: Gunmen Kill Two, Mother And Four Children In Anambra

Seven people were killed by gunmen in different parts of Anambra State on Sunday.

The seven were mother, four children and two others

The incident occurred at Isulo, Orumba North local government area.

The two killed were in Abatete, Idemili North local government area, and Nanka Orumba North local government area, respectively.

According to eyewitnesses, gunmen entered those areas, opened fire on the victims, and then fled.

An Anambra Police spokesman, Ikenga Tochukwu, said he couldn’t confirm the incidents because the details were sketchy.

He stated that the Command would discuss the incidents on Monday after they had a clear picture of what had occurred.

However, one of the state’s senior police officers, who did not want to be identified, told journalists that the Isulo incident happened.
