Popular American Actress To Pay Ex Husband Major Child Support As Divorce Is Finalised

Popular Hollywood actress, Halle Berry and estranged husband Olivier Martinez have finalised their divorce, after separating eight years ago.

The two separated in 2015 after two years of marriage.

Halle Berry and Olivier, who share a son, Maceo-Robert Martinez, 9, have been in an eight-year-long divorce battle bordering on child support and custody of their son.

Berry, according to documents obtained by TMZ Wednesday, will share joint legal and physical custody of Maceo with Olivier and pay him $8,000 in child support monthly.

The ‘Monster Ball‘ star is also expected to pay her ex an additional 4.3 percent of all income she receives above $2 million. Berry will also cover her son’s “private school tuition, school uniforms, school supplies” and extracurricular activities.
