JUST IN : Naira Marley And Sam Larry Freed From Detention
Popular rapper, Naira Marley and the socialite, Sam Larry have been allegedly granted bail after spending weeks in custody over their suspected indulgence in the death of Mohbad.
This was reported by sources online that the duo are each required to provide three sureties and a sum of 20 million naira as part of their bail conditions.
The court ordered them to turn in their foreign passports and be present every week at the State Criminal Investigation Department (CID) as an inclusion to their bail requirements.
Furthermore, the magistrate in charge of the case gave a stern caution, stating unequivocally that any attempt to get in touch with her would be duly noted and might even be revealed during public court sessions.
It would be recalled that Naira Marely and Sam Larry had been arrested upon their return to the country after they were linked to the death of late singer, Mohbad.
A video which showed Sam Larry trying to assault Mohbad while he was on set spurred more speculation as to his alleged involvement in the death.
