Burna Boy, the acclaimed Grammy-winning artist, also known as Damini Ogulu, has clarified the reason behind his decision not to engage in online giveaways like many of his peers.

During an Instagram live session with fans, he emphasized that despite public assumptions, he actively participates in charitable endeavors.

Burna Boy highlighted that he prefers to conduct his philanthropic activities primarily offline as he believes that those most in need of assistance are not necessarily active on social media platforms.

He shared that his charitable efforts are directed towards areas and individuals where the support truly matters and where it is needed the most, noting that a significant number of beneficiaries are not typically found online.

“I do giveaway to places that really matter, to people that really need it & most of them are not on the internet,” he said.
