TRANSFER: De Bruyne Agrees Deal To Leave Man City
According to reports, Kevin De Bruyne, Manchester City’s veteran playmaker, has reached a personal agreement with Al-Ittihad, a Saudi Pro League club.
The Belgian midfielder, whose contract with City expires in June 2025, is said to have agreed to terms with Al-Ittihad, as reported by journalist Rudy Galetti.
While negotiations between the two clubs are ongoing, a potential transfer could see De Bruyne join forces with Karim Benzema, Fabinho, and N’Golo Kante at Al-Ittihad.
In an interview last month, De Bruyne admitted that “at my age you have to be open to everything.
“You’re talking about incredible amounts of money in what may be the end of my career. Sometimes you have to think about that.”
De Bruyne has spent nearly a decade with Manchester City, joining from Wolfsburg in 2015 for a fee of £55million.
