2026 W’CUP: 17 Countries Qualify For Tournament [Full List]
As of today, Seventeen nations have booked their places at the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
Africa’s first representative is Morocco, who thrashed Niger Republic 5-0 on Friday to secure qualification.
The Atlas Lions wrapped it up after just six games, topping Group E with a perfect 15 points and two matches to spare.
Having reached the semi-finals in Qatar 2022, they will be aiming for another strong showing next year.
Uruguay, Colombia, and Paraguay also confirmed their tickets on Thursday, joining fellow South American qualifiers.
Host nations United States, Mexico, and Canada are assured of participation, while Asia and Oceania will be represented by Japan, South Korea, Iran, Uzbekistan, Jordan, Australia, and New Zealand.
