Prophet TB Joshua returns from mountain with ‘strong message’ for Buhari

Prophet TB Joshua has returned from an unrevealed prayer mountain with ‘strong message’ for President Muhammadu Buhari.
Onyxnews Nigeria reports that the founder of Synagogue Church of All Nationd (SCOAN), Prophet TB Joshua has issued his support for the COVID-19 lockdown ease ordered by the Federal Government led by President Buhari.
This reliable online news that the SCOAN General Overseer who recently returned from an undisclosed prayer mountain said the lockdown directive is an evil spirit that could lead to laziness and suicide.
Prophet TB Joshua reduced people’s tension, saying that the coronavirus pandemic is not as dangerous as it is portrayed, adding that the government has with the lockdown order succeeded in putting the spirit of fear, addiction and the spirit of violence in the people.
He said, “Our government doesn’t know that lockdown is a spirit, an evil spirit – spirit of laziness, spirit of depression, spirit of suicide.”
TB Joshua continued, “Those who once surrounded themselves with people find themselves surrounded only by four empty walls. This can cause depression and suicidal thoughts.
“Those who never stayed on a spot are now confined to one spot. Our government doesn’t know this. They think they are protecting us from the spirit of COVID19 but what is COVID-19 in comparison to the repercussion?”
“Our government, our leaders, our presidents, you are doing good for the world but what you are trying to protect us from is not as dangerous as what you are putting us into,” the cleric said.
He added that, “That spirit that has entered your life – spirit of fear, spirit of addiction, spirit of violence – be cast out! Be cast out! In the name of Jesus!”
Meanwhile, Onyxnews Nigeria reported that the country recorded 245 new cases of the virus, as total number of confirmed cases in the country rises to 2802 from 15 states and FCT.
While giving the update, the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) on Monday night, May 4 2020, confirmed that Lagos state recorded 76 new cases, the highest among all the states, Federal Capital Territory (FCT) recorded 18 while Katsina follows Lagos as the state has 37 new cases of the deadly pandemic.
