How I used ‘Brotherhood’ to Test My Acting Skills – Basketmouth
Renowned Nigerian comedian, Bright Okpocha, also known as Basketmouth, has revealed that he accepted a role in the highly acclaimed movie ‘Brotherhood’ as a means to challenge his acting abilities.
Although his focus is not primarily on acting, he expressed openness to return to the screens if presented with another compelling script.
During a recent online interview, Basketmouth disclosed that the year 2024 holds great significance as he has an array of thrilling projects lined up for release.
He said: “I featured in Brotherhood because I was curious to see if I could pull it off, and I want to believe I did. I just might take a shot at acting again when I get a good script with a daring character.
“I have some exciting projects coming up. My team and I have been working tirelessly for a couple of years now preparing for 2024.
“I have been a comedian for 25 years now, and I believe it is time to explore new opportunities in movies and music.”
