BREAKING: Donald Trump Sacks Four Senior Officials Appointed By Biden First Day At Work
US President Donald Trump in his first day at office, took a decisive action by announcing the dismissal of four senior officials put in place by former President Joe Biden.
In a bold display of his signature style, he delivered the news with a dramatic and emphatic “You’re fired,” signaling the start of significant changes in his administration.
This announcement was made through his first post on Truth Social since taking office as the 47th President of the United States, marking a clear departure from the previous administration.
In the post, themed “YOU’RE FIRED,” Trump declared, “Our first day in the White House is not over yet! My Presidential Personnel Office is actively in the process of identifying and removing over a thousand Presidential Appointees from the previous Administration who are not aligned with our vision to Make America Great Again.”
The officials affected by this decision included Jose Andres from the President’s Council on Sports, Fitness, and Nutrition; Mark Milley from the National Infrastructure Advisory Council; Brian Hook from the Wilson Center for Scholars; and Keisha Lance Bottoms from the President’s Export Council.
The post acted as their official notice of termination.
President Trump wasted no time in reversing policies from the Biden era.
He initiated a regulatory freeze to pause new regulations and signed an executive order mandating that federal employees return to full-time, in-office work.
Furthermore, he suspended 78 executive orders from the Biden administration, highlighting a clear intent to shift the policy landscape under his leadership.
