BREAKING: Nigeria records new cases of coronavirus, total cases jump to 20,919

Nigeria has recorded new cases of coronavirus COVID-19 pandemic.
Onyxnews Nigeria reports that the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) on Monday night, released the 675 new cases and total number of the deadly disease was also confirmed in Nigeria.
The total number of coronavirus (COVID-19) cases as of Monday 22 June 2020 in the country is 20,919, with 7,109 persons discharged, and 525 death cases have also been confirmed by NCDC.
The breakdown of numbers confirmed by states were also giving by the centre via the micro blogging site, Twitter.
The Agency tweeted: “675 new cases of #COVID19Nigeria; Lagos-288 Oyo-76 Rivers-56 Delta-31 Ebonyi-30 Gombe-28 Ondo-20 Kaduna-20 Kwara-20 Ogun-17 FCT-16 Edo-13 Abia-10 Nasarawa-9 Imo-9 Bayelsa-8 Borno-8 Katsina-8 Sokoto-3 Bauchi-3 Plateau-2.”
“20,919 confirmed 7,109 discharged 525 deaths,” NCDC added in the tweet.
