Joe Biden has knocked Buhari and soldiers of the Nigerian Army over the killing of #EndSARS protesters in Nigeria.
US Presidential candidate Joe Biden, has warned President Muhammadu Buhari to stop the killing of #EndSARS protesters in the west African country.
Biden, who is a former Vice President of the United States made this warning in a statement on Wednesday in reaction to the killings of peaceful protesters at Lekki Toll Gate in Lagos, Nigeria’s commercial city.
Biden’s call comes few hours after Hillary Clinton, a former United States Secretary of state, attacked President Buhari to stop killing young #EndSARS Protesters.
Biden told President Muhammadu Buhari and the Nigerian military to stop the violent crackdown on protesters in Nigeria, which has already resulted in several deaths.

Joe Biden’s statement read thus:“I urge President Buhari and the Nigerian military to cease the violent crackdown on protesters in Nigeria, which has already resulted in several deaths. My heart goes out to all those who have lost a loved one in the
violence.
“The United States must stand with Nigerians who are peacefully demonstrating for police reform and seeking an end to corruption in their democracy.”
“I encourage the government to engage in a good-faith dialogue with civil society to address these long-standing grievances and work together for a more just and inclusive Nigeria.”
