FG begins free CAC business registration for 250,000 MSMES nationwide, APPLY HERE
Federal Government of Nigeria has began free CAC business registration for 250,000 MSMES nationwide.
Below are the guidelines to follow to apply and share to help others benefit.
OnyxNews Nigeria reports that the Minister of State for Industry, Trade and Investment, Amb Mariam Katagum, disclosed in an interview with the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) that the federal government of Nigeria has commenced the application for free business registration for 250,000 MSMEs nationwide.
This is in line with the recently announced specific programmes aimed at cushioning the impact of COVID-19 on MSME businesses.
According to the minister, “We have got the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) to register 250,000 businesses free of charge.
MSMEs that qualify for free 250,000 FG-CAC business names Registration for MSMEs
• MSMEs that have a minimum of three and maximum of 50 Staff on their payroll to qualify for it.
• hospitality industry
• private schools
• factory owners
• law firms
• hospitals, among others

2. Two (2) Passport sized photographs
3. Valid Means of Identification
4. Phone Number/Email address
