LekkiMassacre: Soldiers involved in Lekki shooting finally confess
The Nigerian soldiers who were involved in Lekki shooting have finally confessed, Kemi Olunloyo reports.
OnyxNews Nigeria reports that an investigative Journalist, Kemi Olunloyo has claimed that the soldiers who shot at #EndSARS protesters in Lekki at the night of October 20 had confessed that they were deployed by the Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu with the order of President Muhammadu Buhari.
She stated that Governor Sanwo-Olu “misled the public,” adding that “he should resigns.”
Olunloyo made this revelation through micro-blogging site, Twitter on Sunday evening, 25th October 2020.
She tweeted: “#IJLekkimassacre
Tonight the soldiers have now confessed that @jidesanwoolu DRAFTED THEM for the mission alongside Buhari the Commander-in -chief. The governor LIED about the #LekkitollgateMassacre, misled the public and should resign.”
