OnyxNews Nigeria reports that the Nigerian Theatre Industry has lost another gem as Mrs Folake Aremu popularly known as ‘Orisabunmi‘ passes away to the great beyond early hour on Wednesday, January 6.

The veteran popular yoruba actress who hailed from Olla in Kwara State died at age 60 in her residence in Ibadan, Oyo State capital.

A family source who confirmed Orisabunmi’s death expressed grief and prayed to God to repose her soul.

Meanwhile, cause of her death is still unknown as at the time of filing this report.

However, President of the Theatre Arts And Motion Picture Producers Association of Nigeria (TAMPAN), Bolaji Amusan ‘Mr Latin’ has said the burial arrangement for Orisabunmi will be announced soon.
