Popular Nigerian Comedian Is Dead.

OnyxNews Nigeria reports that a popular Nigerian comedian, Caleb Itietie known as Calibird is dead.

He died after a short illness at the Gbagada General Hospital, Lagos state on Saturday March 27.

His colleagues have taken to social media to express shock at his death.

Comedian, Efewarriboy while reacting news of Calibird’s demise, wrote: ”Jeeeeeeesus I don’t understand this one ooooo. RIP MY BRO CALLI”

Another colleague of the deceased, Edopikin on his part, wrote: ”Hmmmm so na so this life just reach ???
I have never used this here before , but CALLIBIRD why bro why.
Rest on bro, Rest on my colleague , Rest on my friend , rest on my brother”.

Calibird was known for anchoring popular radio comedy show, ‘On A Lighter Note with Mc Abbey’ and other comedians on Nigeria Info Fm.
